After searching through the web and reading the reviews I settled on Emergency Repair. I like to shop locally and I was not disappointed. ‘G’ was very responsive and clear from the start with regard to potential cost etc. My phone was repaired in short order and all social distancing in place. Excellent, professional, and honest. After replacing my screen on my phone, it was discovered that my phone was no longer working. My money was refunded for this repair, without requesting it. In addition, the store emailed me an Amazon $25.00 gift card to buy a case for my new phone. This is a very ethical business who really cares about their customers. I highly recommend this business.
