It is of vital importance that you employ a computer repair shop that is professional, trustworthy, honest, and know what they are doing. This describes the Emergency Repair Shop! Computers often contain sensitive data that should not be shared. I have complete trust in this company. I have referred them to friends who have had the same experience as I have had. ERS has repaired both my PC and Laptop, and I have no complaints. Their work is excellent, prices are very reasonable, and all work is done in a timely manner. ERS did an amazing job replacing my laptop screen! Their price was more than reasonable and it was done incredibly fast. They were very respectful with the virus and took great care of my laptop. I am super happy with the result and absolutely recommend them for electronic repairs!

Rich helped me when I was having a crisis with my laptop :). He stopped what he was doing when I walked in and figured out what was wrong in less than 5 min. Great service and very nice guys!! I will definitely go back if ever needed and highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend Emergency Repair Shop. I have had screens replaced as well as more Ram put into my iMac. These guys are amazing and so knowledgeable. They care about there customers and are very fair and honest. I’m a customer for life. Job well done
