What a great experience. I called before I visited the store and the gentleman said bring in your iPad and I will take a look. When I arrived , he took a look and figured out what it was in an instant. It was a piece of dirt stuck in a the port. There was no charge. Can you imagine! I have had my screen changed previously and I find ERS reasonable and helpful. What more can you ask for. They are the way things used to be. I certainly recommend them.

ERS did an amazing job replacing my laptop screen! Their price was more than reasonable and it was done incredibly fast. They were very respectful with the virus and took great care of my laptop. I am super happy with the result and absolutely recommend them for electronic repairs!

I have been going to ERS since they opened. Before they opened, I took my phones and computers that were in need of repair to every repair facility out there, from the Big Box store to the smaller shops. ERS is clearly in a league of their own in what they do! G and his staff at ERS have a knowledge base and professionalism second to none. Whether it is my phone, or computer or anything they handle , when I drop it off I do so with absolute confidence!
